AMTRAK
The California Zephyr stops in Helper on its route from Chicago to Los Angeles. For rail fans the trip between Denver and Salt Lake will take you through some breathtaking scenery.
Things to keep in mind:

The AMRAK depot in Helper is un-staffed and there are no services. Fortunately, the depot is a half block from the Main Street commercial district where you can find food, restrooms and an ATM.

There is no taxi or bus service in Helper. Uber service is available but should be booked in advance.
